There are many ministries out there with great causes and visions. However, there are very few ministries with the purpose of helping other ministries grow and thrive. Sure there are many companies that say they will help your ministry, for a fee of course. Compass Ministries is truly unique in that we help ministries for no cost and give 100% of donations straight to the mission field (without taking any administration fees).

Compass Ministries administration fees are completely covered by the generous donations from Cornerstone Construction, Crown ICF, Integrity Payment Systems, and Christ Community Church.

Meet the Board

Kevin Pinter
Kevin is the director of Compass Ministries, and a former teacher and missionary. His passion for being part of God's work to impact the world drives him to lead Compass Ministries wherever God takes it. 
Tim Pinter
Tim is the owner of Acts Construction and co-owner of Crown-ICF. He has transferred his abilities to market and sell jobs into an amazing fundraising machine.
Matt Hedstrom
Matt owns and manages multiple businesses between Milwaukee and Chicago. He uses his unique knowledge, contacts, and experiences to help make Compass Ministries impact the world.
Lino Martinez
Lino is a spanish teacher at Christian Life School. He uses with wisdom and go getter spirit to serve God with all his heart. His generosity and heart of gold are an inspiration to our team.
