Compass Ministries helps sends teams to South Africa to support ZEMA (Zion Evangelical Ministries of Africa) in their pre-field training. ZEMA's primary focus is on teaching AmaZioni pastors the bible through bible schools located throughout Southern Africa. Most of their 2,500 students are pastors or will become pastors. The Compass Ministries director is a former ZEMA missionary and has seen first hand how God is using ZEMA in the awakening happening amongst the AmaZioni people.
